Conference Day Delegation Plans - Minimum 10 delegates
There are a choice of tariffs available for the event organiser to choose from and an important aspect when choosing a venue is the flexibility to tailor a plan to suit any event. Let us know what you want and we will quote you accordingly.
We can provide overhead projector, portable 5ft screen, tv & video and flip charts, pads and pens with a range of business services eg photocopying, fax etc available from the Hotel Reception. Additional items or specialised equipment can be supplied if requested in advance and will be included in your final invoice
We have various suites available for conferences, team meetings or any other event where you need to get away from the office.
Lindsey Suite
This elegant, spacious suite is ideal for a variety of events including theatre style presentations, exhibitions and large conferences. It has a stage, PA System and 12 ft screen installed.
